What this tool enforces
Shopify's App Review team rejects listings for specific content issues. This tool won't produce copy that violates any of them:
- No stats or data anywhere in the listing (rule 4.3.3 / 4.3.4).
- No superlatives — no “best”, “first”, “only”, “#1”, “most” (rule 4.3.3).
- No pricing in any field — pricing lives only in the Pricing section (rule 4.2.2 / 4.2.3).
- No guarantees or unsubstantiated claims.
- No testimonials, quotes, or merchant names (rule 4.3.6 / 4.3.7).
- No “Shopify” in the app name — trademark (rule 4.4.3).
- Character limits respected: name ≤ 30, subtitle ≤ 100, intro ≤ 100, details ≤ 500, features ≤ 80 each, 5 search terms.
If you edit a field after generation, inline warnings flag any superlatives, stats, or pricing you reintroduce — so you know before submit.
