Luna

Marketing, Sales and Customer Success agents that show their work.

Luna is for companies that sell to online stores: app developers, agencies and the software behind the storefront. You set up three agents instead of building them and decide how much each may do on its own. Every action is written down with what it cost, and nothing goes out in your name until you say yes.

Early access. Pricing after the first customers.

Built knowing online stores

General agent platforms start blank, and you teach them your market. Luna's agents start out knowing how online stores sell and what makes one worth talking to. The scanner behind our free store check is the next tool they get.

Set up, not built

There is nothing to build and no diagram to wire. You give each agent its goal and its limits, connect the tools it may use, and choose how much it may do alone. The work is theirs; the decisions stay yours.

Our own funnel first

LunaLink is Luna's first customer. Our own marketing and sales move onto it before anyone else's, so we meet the rough edges first.

The agents

Three that work your funnel, each starting by recommending, and a fourth that explains how the whole thing works. Solid tools work today; dashed ones are coming.

Sales

Finds stores that fit your customer profile and starts a conversation that leads to a trial.

Guide

Answers any question about how Luna works, and says where the answer came from.

On from the first day. It only reads and remembers; it never acts in your name.

How control works

Four levels decide what an agent may do without asking. The rules are fixed; no agent can talk its way past them. Try a level.

Pick a level

Recommend. It can look things up. Everything else waits for you. Every agent starts here.

  • Look things upReading web pagesRuns on its own
  • Internal workSaving what it learnedWaits for you
  • Outbound messagesAnything sent in your nameWaits for you
  • SpendingAnything that costs moneyWaits for you
  • The first batch of a campaignAt every levelAlways waits
  • People on your do-not-contact listAt every levelNever contacted
Nothing goes out until you say yes

Before a message is sent or money is spent, you see exactly what will happen and approve that, word for word. If anything changes afterwards, it stops and asks again. A request you leave for seven days counts as a no.

A record you can read, and rules it can't argue with

What you can see
  • Every step is written down

What the agent read, what it decided, what it asked to do, and whether the rules allowed it. When something was refused, the reason sits next to it.

  • You see what every run cost

Each run shows its price to the cent, and every agent has a ceiling it cannot cross, in steps and in dollars.

  • Ask it how it works

The Guide answers from how Luna is actually built, not from a brochure, and tells you where it looked.

What protects you
  • Your data stays yours

Every customer's data is walled off from every other customer's, at the database itself and not only in the app.

  • Your passwords and keys are never exposed

Connections are stored encrypted and unlocked only for the specific action the rules have allowed. The record shows that a key was used, never the key.

  • Not tied to one AI company

Luna runs on OpenAI models today and can switch. Every run shows which model did the work.

Under the hood

For the engineer on the call: the same promises, in our words.

One harness
Every agent runs on the same harness. An action is a run: its steps, tool calls, policy decisions and cost are stored as one record.
A policy engine with no model in it
Reads run at level 0, internal writes at 1, outbound writes and spending at 2. The first batch of a campaign waits at every level, as does anyone on the suppression list. Daily budgets and rate limits are enforced in code.
Hash-locked approvals
Approving records a SHA-256 of the canonical payload. Execution recomputes it and refuses a mismatch. Requests expire after seven days.
Row-level security
Every row carries its organization id and Postgres enforces it, from the first migration. The application scopes every query as well.
Encrypted credentials
Connection secrets are encrypted at rest and decrypted only inside an allowed call. The audit log records the use, never the key.
Provider-swappable models
OpenAI today, through a router with fallbacks. Every call records provider, model, tokens and price.
A Guide that reads its own source
The Guide has list, read and search tools over Luna's repository and nothing else. Its answers cite the file.
